By using Rally, you agree to these terms. Rally is provided by Kyudo Growth Pty Ltd ABN 92 632 421 875 ("we", "us").
Rally is a care coordination platform that helps organisers create support circles and coordinate helpers for people who need assistance during difficult times.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You agree not to use Rally to: harass or harm others, share false or misleading information, violate any laws, or attempt to access systems you are not authorised to use.
Rally Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play policies for purchases made through those platforms.
Rally is a coordination tool only. We are not responsible for the actions of users, the quality of care provided, or any outcomes resulting from use of the app. Use Rally responsibly.
You may delete your account at any time via Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
